Vietnam has redefined its educational responsibility as one to achieve more in-depth and broader integration into the international education system. As a local university, Hoa Sen University has taken the initiative to become integrated into the international system in order to effectively contribute to the integration process of Ho Chi Minh city in particular and to that of Vietnam in general.
To partly fulfill this responsibility, the Department of International Training and Cooperation (DITC) was established in November of 2008. In order to train students to become ‘Vietnamese citizens of the world’, the DITC has taken charge of training programs that are linked with many countries in the world on different levels and in various majors. The training programs are as follows:
• BBA Program — Business Management Graduate (in cooperation with the UBI Business Management Institute,Belgium)
• BQM Program — Quality Management Graduate (in cooperation with Southern Toulon Var University, France)
• Training Program of International Accounting — Finance Certificate CAT-ACCA (designed and recognized by the United Kingdom Notarized Accountants Association)
• Training Program of Insurance and Finance Assessment Experts, Actuary Experts in international term (in cooperation with I.S.F.A, Finance and Insurance Institute, France)
• International Fashion Designer Program (in cooperation with Mod’Art Institute, France)
• Program of Sound Technology in Audiovisual Media (in cooperation with Cifap Audiovisual center, France)
• Office Management, Secretary, Assistant Majors (in cooperation with Escia, France)
• Medical Secretary Program (in cooperation with Pierre Salvi school, France)
Additionally, the DITC also invites foreign students to study with Hoa Sen students and to take probationary training in Vietnam.
The department has continuously extended its cooperation with other countries, especially regional ones for students to study in Vietnam, gain foreign diplomas and be qualified to continue their study at a higher level in brother universities. The students also have the chance for probationary training and exchange with foreign students, thus decreasing the gap between Vietnam and the world.
The DITC not only uses alternative training methods and promotes the university’s strength for training quality, but it also applies advanced world methodologies and content in order to provide the Vietnamese and international labor markets with a labor force that is equipped with knowledge, skills, and the ability to integrate and adapt to life and work.
We invite you to join the Department of International Training and Cooperation to experience our modern methods and to share experiences with Vietnamese and international lecturers who are expert in certain specialties and have actual experience in their fields. You will certainly be satisfied with an ‘international environment’ within Vietnam’
