Mission

Hoa Sen University is actively integrated with international higher education and makes an affective contribution to the process of integration of HoChiMinh city and Vietnam

Through Bachelor degree programs, post graduate programs and other types of higher education training, Hoa Sen University trains highly professional intellectuals,who are enthusiastic and completely competent with true ability in serving the cause for modernizing Vietnam.

In concert with other economic and social organizations, Hoa Sen University devotes its teachers’ and students’ knowledge to practical activities. Hoa Sen University is promoting its role as a center for scientific research in order to devote its work both practical-applied and preventive-predictive to the progress of the communities.

In the spirit of higher education, Hoa Sen University respects and encourages creative thinking and critical thinking to express the full nature of a critical institution in a well-developed society.

Medium Term Mission (2007-2012)

To complete the appropriate structure of training (scale, program, degree, kind of training) and guarantee that students graduating from all programs and kinds of training will be considered having real ability.

To first make the university environment both international and modern and set up the fundamentals for integration into international universities.

To provide training and other services of the university to enterprises, society and creating developental resources for education and training.

To establish regulations for academic and research activities and create structures so that the results of research and scientific labor of teachers and students can be applied to practice and consequently make a contribution to the society.

To raise the spirit of higher education; focus on training research and critical thinking; and encourage the dynamics and creation of the univerisity members.
