International Business Program
 
 
Hoa Sen University launches, with Paris-Est Créteil University (France) INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS French Bachelor Degree.
 
This program is organized per scholar Year sessions followed by internship.
In 2010-2011 Sessions will be from October to June and internship from July to October.
 
International exchanges courses are in English with many European lecturers and with practical experiences through Project Team Work and Internship in VietNam or abroad.

Mr. Ghislain de VÉSIAN
 
 
Ghislain, native French and English, MBA HEC Paris, had commercial and management tasks in various countries. He then specialized in Human Resources and Management Skills Training and worked for SMES and Groups on day-to day local HR processes as well as International Management, Communication and Training challenges. He was President of Paris’ Professional Trainers Association “CSFC” (2001-2004).
He now works in VietNam and was Vice Chairman of EUROCHAM HR & Training Committee (2006-2008).

Having both French and Australian nationality, Frederique Balard received her B.A. in International Business (Honours) and M.A. in Management (DESS) from the University of Montpellier, France. After working as a consultant in Paris, she moved to Australia as a doctorate (PhD) student at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney. She is certified as Project Manager Professional (PMP) by the PMI organisation.
Throughout her career, she worked, in operational and management positions, in Australia, Malaysia (with responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region: Australia, South East Asia and Greater China) and Sri Lanka.
As Senior Business Analyst for Marconi & Ericsson, she focused on the implementation of performance improvement methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma. In her most recent role, as Consultant for PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), she was project manager for IT strategy consultancy and responsible for the ERP implementation team
 
 
Mr. Jean-Christophe BOCLÉ / Corporate Communication
 
 
After getting his Masters Degree (MD) in biology, Jean-Christophe worked 4 years at the French Food Safety Agency (AFSSA) as a scientific coordinator. He moved to Vietnam in 2006 and worked 1 year as a recruiter and 2 years as a marketer in a Vietnamese HR consulting firm. Jean-Christophe has been gaining teaching and training experience from his French classes given during student years to the communication trainings given to his Vietnamese colleagues. Since 2002, he has been practicing improvisational theatre, and for 2 years, he has been driving classes in HCMC.
In fall 2009, Jean-Christophe launched Improactive, which offers practical trainings in communication, teamwork and creativity by using adapted techniques from improvisational theatre.
 
Mrs. Audrey MERLEVEDE / Cross - Cultural Studies
 
 
Parallel to a French EDHEC Masters in Management, a Swedish EMBA and 2 American Coaching Certifications, Audrey has had professional experience in Marketing, Management and Coaching in 7 countries within international companies such as L’Oréal and SCA. 
As an executive and cross cultural coach, she has supported managers from about 20 countries and this result in a both theoretical and practical approach of Cross Cultural Management.
